Totalmente recomendable. Tuve una experiencia fantástica. Desde la contratacion siempre me brindaron información exacta de lo que tenia que pagar, no hubo cargos extras ni costos no informados. Me llevaron el auto hasta el hotel y lo devolví en el aeropuerto a la hora estipulada. Muy puntuales. El automóvil estaba impecable y eso ayudó a que nuestro viaje haya sido maravilloso. Es el lugar para rentar en RD sin dudarlo.

Melhor opção para locação em Punta Cana! Depois de ler vários comentários sobre outras locadoras inclusive internacionais que empurravam taxas, seguros adicionais e cobravam por lavagem e outros vários problemas encontrei a Autodominicana. Me atenderam muito rápido, tiraram minhas dúvidas, a entrega do carro ocorreu antes mesmo do esperado sem custo algum e todo o pagamento funcionou de acordo. Se eu um dia voltar a República Dominicana com certeza alugarei com eles novamente.

I have hired a car with this company. Decent price. Decent only 5 years old vehicle. Polite driver but he's English needs improvement 🫢 Fluent English through what's app. No problems when hiring, neither any on vehicle return. Full deposit returned. Highly recommend.

Buen auto, seguro incluido. Pagué en efectivo me devolvieron el depósito al devolver el auto.. Alquilé un Kia Picanto, estaba limpio y con pocos Kms. No había rueda de auxilio, debe ser q ese auto viene sin la misma. Me paro la policía Caminera y no tuve ningún inconveniente con los papeles.

Muy buenos precios! Excelente atención, el único detalle es que el auto que me tocó (kia Acent) tenía el streo en coreano y no puedo cambiar conectar el teléfono para usar el mapa y/o música

Nous avons pris une petite voiture Kia, elle était propre, très agréable a conduire et les kilometres illimités c'est sympa. Nous avons apprécié le fait de pouvoir récupérer le voiture au pied de notre Airbnb et de la retourner la ou nous étions en train de nous promener.
Le prix est très correct, l'attention et l'accueil au top, rien a dire, ils ont été très arrangeants et sympas.

Excelente son los mejores. Muy profesionales y lo mas económico en Punta cana. Te recogen en el aeropuerto y entregas el carro en el aeropuerto. Muy puntuales y amables lo único que no te dicen que el carro consume gas y no gasolina y solo algunas estaciones de gasolina venden gas. Pero el consumo del gas es súper económico.
Page 200.00 dólares de depósito y después de entregar el carro me lo devolvieron inmediatamente.

Had an amazing experience with Autodominicana during my trip to Punta Cana! Renting a car made my vacation way easier (Ubers were not that hard to get but costly and less safe), and their service was outstanding.

I chose a Kia Picanto, perfect for navigating the area safely and comfortably. The car was super clean, ran perfectly, and the price was incredibly affordable — way better than the big-name rental companies.

No hassle, no stress — just great customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend if you're visiting Punta Cana. I’ll definitely rent from them again!

Amazing and quick experience. Very easy, always available in need of help. Everything was explained to us from the beginning to the end, and all questions were answered properly. Used PayPal, which made us feel safer about it the whole process. Also extremely cheap if you were to ask me. I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic rental. Set up weeks in advance and dropped it at my resort within 30min +/- of scheduled time, more importantly picked it up precisely on time. Kept in contact as needed. Got a hybrid Yamaha moped for one week and after deposit was returned cost only $160, helmets included!! Great no hassle no bs service. Deposit returned in usd on the spot And insurance included…that NEVER happens. Will absolutely rent again each time I visit

This is the place to rent a car in Punta Cana. Super smooth pick up and drop off at the airport. Great communication and nice ride for the week. Can’t recommend them highly enough. We went with the Chevy Groove and had a great time.

Alles Perfekt. Hatten ein Mustang Cabrio. Wurde korrekt übergeben und korrekt zurückgenommen. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation über Whats app und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Kaution nach ca. 3 Tagen automatisch wieder am Konto. Klare Empfehlung :-) Ein ehrlicher und korrekter Vermieter.

I rented a car from them the first time in May 2025 for about 2 months and it was a easy process , very friendly and very easy to communicate with the company when I needed to extend. When I returned the car I got my Deposit back in a timely manner. The second time I rented the car I had it a little longer and if you know anything about these Dominican Republic streets lol I did acquire some scratches paint chippings etc etc so I did not receive my deposit of $200 back but I did not complain because it was not a huge deal and I understood the reasons which is what the security deposit is made for I was just glad I didn't have to pay nothing else in addition to that.. Just make sure you also take pictures of the cars condition when you receive it to compare with theirs. All in all there service is EXCEPTIONAL and I will use them Every time I am in the Dominican Republic!!

I have tried 4 different car rental companies in Dominicana and this one is the best of them. A smaller company, not a corporate giant, is still run by the founder. Therefore, attention to each client is much more personal. Whether you want to pick up the car, extend the rent or drop-off - just write them in WhatsApp, they will do it to suit your needs. There are no untold of fees, you pay exactly the price listed. 5% discount with cash, but they accept all the cards and you can pay on their website. A reasonable $200 deposit in case of very common bumper damages in this country.
Highly recommend to everyone.

From the day before our arrival this car rental was in communication with us. The person that picked us up was Maxim. He was waiting for us outside of the airport with a sign that had our name on it. He was checking our flight arrival and texted us as soon as we arrived. Maxim was very nice and we completed the payment transaction at the airport. He gave us the car and we drove off. The car had a bumper that was a bit lose. The next day it came off a bit more. I contacted Maxim and came to our place where we stayed and picked up the car and came back with another car in less than two hours. He was always on top of things and responding to any of our texts. When we returned the car, we meet up close to the airport and Maxim was on time and took us to our departure area. The next day we had our deposit back no problems. I highly recommend this car rental. We will definitely rent again with them. 👍

Alquiler perfecto, entrega en plazo y vehículo limpio y en buen estado.
Un poco largo para recuperar el depósito aconsejo pagarlo en efectivo.

Excellent customer service, we had to change locations of drop off a few time and they were very accommodating. Also forgot an IPad in the car and they shipped it back to the states with no problems. They will be the only place we went a car from in the future. Best price available

By far one of the best rental experiences that I've had within the Caribbean and certainly the Dominican Republic. For starters they're truly punctual in terms of response time as well as pickup / dropoff/. I booked the car while in D.R. 2 days into my trip with the family as we were looking to venture out on our own (if you've been to Punta Cana or nearby areas you know that the hotels seek to keep you well maintained with All-Inclusive food options, nightlife, etc, etc HOWEVER we wanted to venture to some of the local restaurants, sights and nightclubs on our own We stopped by Drink Point, Imagine & Infinity as opposed to tourist traps like Coco Bongo. Had lunch and spent a few hours at the Pearl Beach Club in Higuey and even drove further out (roads in D.R. have been efficient for some time now)
What I love about the company is that they have true rental cars (in look) but also cars that don't stand out like a rental (important if you are worried about safety; no need to be but just in case you don't want to stand out further than what you likely already will lol. The 2018 Black on Black Kia automatic with dark tints was PERFECT. In the end I changed the drop off location from our hotel to the airport (no problem) and the cost was a fraction of some of the other companies we initially reached out to. All paperwork was done digitally including E-Signatures, and uploads

Definitely my new go to for Car rental in D.R.!!!!
